Not pleased after the purchase
Purchasing the vehicle was a pretty good experience. I hate to say it, but they all are when they are making a sale. Bought a brand new 2025 Outlander. We had it for 1 week, only had roughly 500kms on it and wouldn’t start. Called roadside had it towed to Vikar Mitsubishi, they had it for 1 week. I had it again for a week and literally a week to the day, same thing wouldn’t start. Called roadside and was told we can’t tow you we are to busy call back in 2 days. Went down to Vicker cause I was very upset they had it towed and was told they replaced the same part. Caught so many untruths when they were telling me what the “issue” was.
The good thing is the warranty, and no wonder cause you’ll need it..
there was also a guy in the room when we went down in person who told us he bought electric and has had to replace the battery every year since he has gotten it.
This nice thing was they were accommodating with arranging pick up and drop off of my vehicle after every break down.
Robert (sales manager)was pretty rude at times and was supposed to call me back on at least 2 occasions, and he did not.
