Chef Jeff Was Really Nice
We were lucky to have Chef Jeff help us on the purchase of the 2022 Highlander. And thanks to Costco for putting us in touch with them. Really nice car and glad we got it in town. We saw many on the internet, but this one did not pop-up.

Another great experience at Vancouver Toyota
Brought my 2022 Tundra in to get it lifted and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I worked with Flynn, Ruben and Wyatt and from start to finish it was amazing. They were able to get my truck in right away and it was done when they said it would be and looks great. Can’t recommend Vancouver Toyota enough.

Great work, but you left my back windows open and my seats got wet.
You solved my water leak and I understand wanting to air out the car, but to leave my car with open back windows and let water back in... that doesn't seem too smart.

The car is the latest model of 2025, bought brand new, you put repaired tires under it, and this is very bad and ugly.
I bought a car from Toyota RA4 model 2025 and after two months I realized that the car that was sold to me had one of its tires already repaired and I reported this to the Vancouver Toyota dealership. At first they refused and after they brought three experts and announced that such a thing was not possible then I told them to take me to the showroom to show you. Then I was guided to the showroom and showed them the tire repair area, they told me that you are not a mechanical engineer to be so precise, I told them that I have soil, water and industrial wastewater testing and after I made them aware of this important issue, they told me to come and we will give you a new tire and they did. I was upset because I did not go to work for two days because of this issue and my little daughter's class was canceled because the car was not available and my question is why this car company has to do this to its customers and this issue greatly reduces the reputation of this company and I I told them that this company is no longer reliable and trustworthy for me and I thought to myself that maybe other parts of the car have been repaired and I am not aware of it and I no longer like this car and the company. If I could, I would return the car and tell everyone else that this company is not reliable and trustworthy. I was planning to buy a car for my wife in the future and it should be a Toyota car, but with this bad behavior, I am not willing to buy a Toyota car again and I will never recommend this company to others. It seems that we should choose Honda because we think it is more trustworthy. Goodbye.

Please know that our family owned dealership takes our customer concerns seriously. We strive to provide top-notch and honest customer service. I wanted to reach back out to you to assure you that we did not patch a tire on the new vehicle that you purchased from us.  As you mentioned, you had the tires patched twice at Costco due to previous damage, and we are unable to confirm what was done there.  Our dealership sold the vehicle new to you with only a couple of miles on it, and we show no service history of any tire patches being done at our dealership. As a goodwill gesture, we replaced the tire you were concerned about at no charge to you. I am not sure if there is a misunderstanding about your career, but please know that we do not doubt your business expertise, nor would we of any customer.

Buying a new Corolla SE
The dealership was clean and comfortable. We were helped immediately when we walked in the door. We test drove the Corolla SE without any delays or problems. All of the dealerships personnel were courteous and helpful. We drove away with a new car the same day.

Above and beyond
The team just goes above and beyond. The brakes on our new Highlander have been questionable from the beginning but they are not a warranty item and it even costs to diagnose any issues. so They have looked them over before and assured me all is well, but it doesn't feel well. So the team listened and investigated and in the end they had to resurface the rotors and they covered all the costs 100%. People often say the dealership will rip you off... not this one. This is one of several stories where they have gone the extra mile for me. Thank you!
