I've only purchased cars from McCord's Vancouver Toyota, I own 2 cars from them and couldn't be happier. The free car washes, the Toyota care service being a fantastic value and the happy faces anytime I walk in makes me feel like part of a family. Lynn went above and beyond, I contacted Toyota because I was told from a card in the mail that my 15k miles free service was available, I scheduled an appointment and the man at the desk tried to charge me, I opted out of the service and contacted Toyota. They got back to me right away, and are mailing me a free oil change voucher. These small things are what cause me to recommend all my friends and continuing buying cars from this company.
