Great Service Advisor Brandi & Results
Took my 2018 Genesis G80 in for general checkup & servicing. Brandi Johnson was my Service Advisor and she is outstanding. She made sure I had a loner car & confirmed it the day before. She stayed on top of the work & kept me updated as the work progressed. I have always been leary of dealerships but this one is good. Great job Brandi.

Best Oil Change Possible `
IN and OUT! Clean environment, a great place to kick out some emails and work calls while I was waiting! Got me in & out early, and all service points exceeded expectations!

Terrible service
I bought a used car that had a tpms light on. When test driving the sales rep said they would fix it after the sale still and it was even noted on the sales agreement. After following up for months afterwards and getting redirected between services and sales they finally told me that too much time had passed and they wouldn't honor it. Don't do business with people that run a business like that.

Great Dealership to go to for maintenance.
They do an excellent job with customer services and explaining needed repairs. Wait times are fine and repairs are usually within expectation. Sometimes getting an appointment can be difficult because they are busy or parts may take time to get to them but that is the world we live in today and not really a huge issue with the current state of Covid etc. Both employees greet me right away and the service manager is awesome. I get both mine and my wife's cars serviced here and have now for about 4 1/2 years.

Noise in the dash is very hard to try to pin point and most times once the dash is removed to fix one thing, you create more. Please feel free to reach out to me and I will try to address the issue. The service advisers here are great. The technician work has been hit or miss on my two Hyundai's. The service advisor has been good at addressing my concerns.

Poor technician work
I am already not happy about having a vehicle with only 5000 miles torn into that deep because I know it will never be put back together with the same quality it was built with but to make matters worse there were many signs of damage and improper repair that I found upon getting my Tucson back.

damage done to the camera module housing above the rear view mirror.
driver side dash side panel not installed properly and also had damage from prying
dirt/damage to the headline from prying against it to remover the A pillar
improper gap from improper installation of the right side dash panel
small plastic piece with screw in it found on driver side floor board. this is one of the most concerning
driver's side door trim seal not installed along A pillar door jamb.

I was hoping that when I got the vehicle back, I wouldn't be able to even tell anyone had been into the vehicle that deep but that wasn't the case and the damage I see is only what's visible so I am really concerned about the quality of work behind the A surfaces.

COVID Care
Took my vehicle in for scheduled oil change. Due to COVID staffing in the maintenance department was down to two mechanics and the service would take about two hours. Nothing I couldn’t understand. However, the battery in my vehicle decided, at that moment, to die! Great timing you say, sure, except the dealership did not have a replacement in stock. They finished the oil change, I paid for the service and drove straight to Les Schwab and had a new battery installed.

Good Experience!
This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and my experience was better than expected! My family and I got answers we were looking for, they gave us time to choose and talk to make sure we were making a good decision. I felt calm and comfortable with their service.

Work done
The job you all do is always great, with excellent customer service. I had one issue and that was my driver's side door was returned to me with grease and prints all over it. I felt like that could have been wiped down. Plus I just had a detail done 3 weeks prior.

Communication is a concern
We asked for coolant to be topped off. When the car was returned to us nothing was said then we noticed later no coolant was added. When we called them they told us to bring the car in, but when we brought the car in we were then told it is not an issue if it is below the min mark. Why was this not told to us the first time we bought the car in? Why didn't they tell us over the phone before we had to bring the car in again, only to be told that it was not an issue?
