Dropped vehicle off a day early for next day 10am appointment. Called at 430pm next day and was 5old he needed to go fond tech. I said so computer isn't showing it down yet? Was told we are still trying to get it done today let me call you back. Calls back and said we are.pulling it in now. I said don't even touch it. I a don't want to do business with you. Why do we make appt for 10am and not even started until 430pm.
