Horrible service department. Do your self a favor and DO NOT purchase a GMC or any vehicle from here!! Service sucks!!! They want to hold your vehicle for a minimum of two days if you need to run a diagnostic. One of the front managers said I challenge you to find a dealer in the valley that is different. I came from owning Toyota’s and never once had to leave my vehicle for two days for a diagnostic. He said Toyota is different. LMAO!! First it’s find a dealer maybe he meant GMC dealer…. I bought a 80k brand new truck and this is how they treat their customers. He went on the say you pasted two dealers on your way here, he was right and if I would known what I know now I would have NEVER bought a GMC or anything from this dealer!! SO BEWARE! Read the reviews. I wish I would have. I will never buy another GMC after this! Been waiting on a call back from the service manager since 22 December 2025 on how I was treated when I called in. But as of 30 December 2025 still have not got a call back. They have excuses not answers. I wish I could give negative stars
