Don’t ever take your vehicle here for a tire rotation. I would give them zero stars if that were even possible. They rounded out all of our lug nuts without my knowledge. Their customer service was awful and so because I chose to take it elsewhere the next time for an oil change and rotation they won’t stand behind the damage done to the lug nuts by their technicians. Their staff Josh and Corey kept passing me off until their regional manager Jay said no they won’t replace the lug nuts that their technician rounded out. I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional group of people in my life. Take your vehicle to Frank’s automotive and collision instead. They are friendly, efficient, and professional. Nothing like these people.
