I initially wrote about my excellent experience buying my Jayco SLX trailer from Valley RV Super center. I gave them 5 well deserved stars. Having owned the trailer since December 2025 I have worked with the service department a couple of times. My most recent visit was for a solar panel system upgrade that greatly increased our off grid abilities. We had a tiny equipment snag and Tim Griswald and his experienced service techs have diagnosis the issue and we are scheduled for our repair. I have owned a lot of vehicles over the years and I can easily say that most of those dealerships could learn a lot about customer service from Valley RV! Thank you to the whole crew.
