The main issue we had was how long it took Jayco to come up for a replacement for the slide out drawers. The first time we used the trailer the bottom of the top drawer fell out. We dropped it off in early September and the drawers didn't come in until December. Once they did come in, your service department got them installed fine. We are hoping all is well now.
