We came to pick up our trailer after de-winterization and annual maintenance. But we also needed power on the RV to consult with Furrion to solve a problem. Tim had it all set up and ready to go for us to test out the system. Then, once we were ready to leave, Scott helped me hook up the trailer and even gave me a pro tip on the easiest way to handle the coupler. (Very useful). Then he offered to help me test my lights before I left. Could not ask for better service!
