My appointment was set for 11:00 AM. I checked in and was immediately processed into the system. The paperwork was completed and the crew got to work on my 5th wheel. Once the work was completed, Tim, my service advisor, took me through the unit and we verified that all work was completed. I asked to have the crew adjust two of my sun shades as they were not working correctly. This was done, and the shades are now working correctly. I appreciate the individual attention I receive when I bring my 5th wheel in for service.
