Dishonest
My vehicle was taken in due to some over heating issue. My thermostat was bad. I told him to go ahead and replace that along with the radiator hose. I go back to pick up my car and they did work. I did not authorize. They said they installed extra parts that were needed and they were bad on my car. It turned out. It was a lie. when I checked I still had the old parts on my car. When I confronted them, they blamed it on somebody else. They offered to give me a discount, but couldn’t do anything else. When I told them I wasn’t going to pay for things they didn’t do nor did I accept. They told me that was fine that they would just keep my vehicle and sell it with a mechanics lien.

It’s hard to find good honest mechanics.
