V&V was thorough in making sure ALL aspects of the tailgate repair were properly done. When at first is seemed as though the car was completely repaired and ready for pick-up, V&V then discovered more items needed to be replaced for the tailgate to work properly - and they re-opened the case with Allstate to complete these extra items: new battery, new tailgate struts, motor & latch as well as new control push buttons on the tailgate. Very satisfied with the net outcome.
