Cliente VerificadoAs we discussed, when your vehicle arrived it did not run. You authorized a starter so we installed a new starter, we also informed you that your vehicle was 3 gallons low on coolant and 2 quarts low on oil. You authorized a starter and no further diagnosis. After the starter was installed the vehicle did start but ran very poorly. We then diagnosed the engine condition and found that the cylinders are filling with antifreeze and mixing with the oil. There was no way to know that when the vehicle arrived. You also said that you drove the vehicle in when in fact it came in on a tow truck. We explained that we cannot extend a refund as the vehicle does start there are just pre existing conditions that we did not know about. We are very sorry for the way this turned out.
