Great fast service
I just don't understand why my daughter can't find a reliable mechanic out east where she lives in the Sayville area that actually knows what they are doing. Keep winding up back here, at USA Auto. Now the car is great 👍 once again.

Inspection
They pick out every little thing on your car when getting an inspection. Then give you a large bill telling you that if you don't get the following list of things done there going to fail your inspection. Not the best place to get an inspection if you don't have the money to shell out for every little thing. I ended up telling them to give my car back and they cut the list in half so the price went from $1200 to $450. I was forced to pay the $450 to get the inspection. They are not truly for helping customers but instead they squeeze every penny out of you that they can. That's my opinion of my experience with USA Auto Repair.

The work is usually done fast and even though you asked for one thing they do point out other issues that should be fixed. I also think they are priced fairly.

Great guys, clean fast work
I pulled in with a flat. They took a look at It and showed me it was from a cracked rim. They fixed my rim like new same day and did oil change and even gave me a ride home rite away so I could switch trucks and still make it work. Very professional

Trustworthy & reliable mechanic
Benjamin is the nicest business owner I have ever met. I started using him for my foreign cars (Mercedes, Audi), but soon after I have him taking care of my work vehicles as well, he is honest and the work he does is very good. I never have a repeat problem with anything he fixes! It’s a pleasure having a mechanic that I feel comfortable with, that I know is not taking advantage of me!

VW leaky oil pan and bad brakes
Whenever I need one of my cars fixed - and fixed right completely and on the first try - I go to USA Auto. They give a precise breakdown of parts vs labor and the fix everything expertly. They know cars! And they know me now and what I expect - they have never failed to deliver a perfect repair job. Cars need maintenance - the will run for a good long time. The guys at USA Auto will keep my cars running and me and all my drivers safe.
