Wait, Wait, Wait It will be done soon
The car looked great upon pickup. We have yet to evaluate the repair, This seems like a very good shop but is 1.5 hour drive to get to it. I went without a car for over 2 weeks with a medical situation at hand which made the extreme long repair very taxing as I needed to find assistance for care and travel while having no car.

During our initial inspection, we uncovered more damages than we expected, which required us to contact your insurance company for approval. Unfortunately, this process was prolonged due to a change in your insurance provider from Auto Owners Insurance to Progressive, which necessitated starting the claims process over again.
