You requested air filter, cabin air filter, alignment, inner tie rod, lower control arm and tires. The tires you ordered a couple of days earlier when you got here you didn't want which was fine. Checking your alignment, all you needed was an inner tie road which has a nationwide recall from Nissian and the part is on back order. We advised you to take it to another Nissian dealer (with the complete recall bulletin) to get this handled under the recall. You were also advised you didn't need a lower control arm which another shop told you needed. Your air filter was fine so you didn't need an air filter however your cabin filter was dirty. After doing our inspection and advising you we were saving you a lot of money from what you requested, you decided not to get any work done. There is a minimum shop charge of $45.99 which is posted. I disagree we didn't service your vehicle, going thru all of your complaints is part of servicing your vehicle.
