My most recent visit was for an oil change. Service was fine. The only thing with having your oil change is the wait. Not everyone has the time to wait for a service tech to free up, nor is everyone able to drop there car off. I understand oil changes are probably a customer convenience, but maybe there is a way to reduce the wait time.
My other car also needs an oil change, so I'll be seeing you sometime this week.
