Poor communication, questionable work

2 weeks to fix A/C. took in for A/C not working, estimate started that the compressor was bad, a unit they had installed 4 yrs ago, they replaced unit and A/C still not working so must need more parts??? So ok'd next fix, more parts still not working, they can't figure out why because it all this new parts. And after playing with it starts working, pick up truck, next day A/C not working, take back, after several days they figure out that there's a bad pin in a connector. $1700 dollars later have A/C after replacing a$2,00 part, questioned service manager why was I paying for all this stuff when the whole Problem seams tobe a $2 part. NO results. The mechanics at Ruckersville don't know what there doing,, and I had to keep calling them for updates, and they promised somebody would call back nut never did. Have used University for several yrs , no longer. I'll take the wait for service at a good shop in the future.
