Brought my 2018 Kia Sorento in for a failed seat motor and a noise from the dash. They keep giving me a new day that my car will be ready and just keep telling me the parts haven’t arrived or the technician is having issues putting it back together. The owner had know idea what was going on with my car and was rude, defensive and talked down to us and told us it was our problem!!!! This place has nothing but a bunch of incompetence running it. Save yourself the heartache. It’s ridiculous how they have treated us.
