Horrible services from both salesman and manager
Bought a Palisade SEL there last week, was told that i had bluelink with my purchase, but somehow it didn't work, told me to wait for 24 hrs so it can get activated, waited and nothing happened. Texted Ted (Salesman) back, said he will find out Monday and will get back to me. So i waited til the end of WEDNSDAY and still noone calls. I had to text them back myself complaining that it is very unprofessional of them making me wait so long without any updates. It seems like they only care about selling cars but not the service afterwards. Manager Gerard Selsey then called me and that he apologized that my car isn't equipped with bluelink. Thry Shouldve told me that from the day I got my car right? Both the manager and the salesmam don't even know the product they're selling their customers, is it unprofessional or is it a lie? you tell me! So basically he apologized for making me wait so long for nothing and just suck it up! "Ha, you got tricked, live with it, move on!", offers no compensation whatsoever! Regret driving there for 3.5 hrs to buy the car with such horrible service, never again!

Labor Rates
Be prepared to pay an exorbitant amount of labor ($199.99) per hour for some work being done.

Bought a mirror (almost $300) and had it installed today for $453 - for two hours work - all for a grand total of over $700. It even included "miscellaneous charges" of $66. And this was with a military discount.

They said they had told me it would be this much but if they had, I would not have bought the mirror and definitely would not have had it replaced there.

Fool me once, shame on me . . .

And the funny thing is I have used them for the normal servicing (oil changes and tire balance and rotations) and found them to be extremely reasonable and fast. I just feel this was completely unfair.

Fast trip
The oil change came up while I was gone on vacation. I called they got me in the next day. Really fast and friendly.

An emergency stop 5 hours from home.
I can’t recommend them enough. We had an emergency stop due to a blown out tire. They were very kind and sympathetic to our situation and were at the dealer less than an hour. They were gracious enough to work us in even though they were booked with appointments. The service tech even put the spare and tool kit back in the proper place and secured them as if it came from the factory.

University Hyundai of Decatur Service
My car is fairly new, so I have been to the University Hyundai of Decatur service department three times (I think they changes their name to Greenway Hyundai of Decatur). Their website is a little confusing if someone desire to schedule an appointment in the Service Department. The phone number area code is different from the local area code, but scheduling an appointment was easy once I made contact. I also found I could reach the Service Department by calling the dealership main phone number. The service department has always been ready for me when i arrived; I have never had to wait for them to take the car. The service personnel have always been friendly and helpful, even providing outside contacts and references as well as suggestions for DYI projects.
