Horrible

My son purchased his first car from here and was so excited little did he know this would be the experience from hell. He purchased a car that was supposed to be going to the shop because it had problems and they had it out on their lot. They did not honor this and acted like the issue it had was us that broke it. This car needed a new engine so not a small problem. My son was 18 just Purchased his first car and this is what he was dealing with. The dealership would not take back the car the only option they gave him was to get into a different car which she could not do because of financing because he just finance this car so he was left with a broken car and then the only option they gave him was putting so much money towards a used engine and then leaving him to cover the installation costs for this. Now just a little over a year of him having the car and 7 months of having the used engine in this engine is also blown so now he is looking at all these costs again. This was not a cheap car, it cost around $16,000, the mileage was not high enough that you would expect to have these issues it was well under 100,000 I am thinking around 70,000. I would never purchase a car from this dealership. When we came here I had in my mind that they were a large reputable dealership now my thinking is they screw you over harder then I have ever been screwed by any dealership large or small and I am sorry that this is the first experience my son had within purchasing a car.
