Summary of my service visit
I took my SUV in for an assessment of my breaks. The wait was brief and I received a written estimate for the cost of repairs in less than 30 minutes! The staff are consistently courteous and helpful and make each visit very pleasant.

Regular maintenance
First of all the staff was very pleasant early in the morning when I brought my car in. I dropped my car off for the "B" service. Everything was updated and the car was ready to pickup within 4 hours.

Amazing Service (as always)!
Unique Mercedes was able to get my service done in the same day that I booked the appointment.
All the employees I encountered are friendly and they started working on my car almost immediately after I arrived.
I dropped my car off and came back to pick it up, and they were able to keep me updated via phone call and provided recommended services that I should plan to get done in the near future by email along with pricing estimates for each suggested services which was helpful.

I appreciate their honesty , courtesy and excellent service on my car.
I planned a road trip and brought my car in for service A. The receptionist let me know it was not time for Service A. I really appreciated that. They did check the car to make sure it was ok and discovered a bad tire. They rushed the tire order and changed the tire. They also put in filters. The car drives great. Once again I was very satisfied with their service.

Excellent customer service with honesty
Long story short, I drop my Benz for service B, when they check my car it’s not due for service yet, they call me right away to come pick up my car and they educated me why the car not ready for service, you don’t fine places like that anymore, may god continue to bless this business I am so impressed.
