Honest and Trustworthy

Unique Auto was unable to replace the thermostat on my Mercedes due to Mercedes Benz not providing them with the proper labor codes. They did not charge me for putting my car on the scanner to get the check engine code whereas most places would. The dealership told me that thermostats were rarely replaced on these cars and "updated the software" and sent me on my way. 5 days later, I was back at the dealership getting a new thermostat. Thank you for your time and being honest Ted and crew! I highly recommend them!
