Excellent customer service and care for my car
My car was towed in over the weekend and they were very quick to access the damage of an infamous Memphis pothole (2 blown tires and a broken motor mount). While they had it I asked them to do a 150k service that was due if they had time. I picked it up 2 days later and thought for sure it would take longer. In all fairness to others it was after the winter storm and they didn't have a lot going on but the necessary parts still came in quickly as well, which was not expected. I'll continue to use them, they have reasonable rates and excellent customer service.
