Bufford Highway location has no Ulitmate Auto Glass representative on site, so you can't get any questions answered. There is no key drop off making it inconvenient. The technician who was not present when we picked up the car, had not put the interstate pass back on the new windshield, so I had to spend more time calling customer service to coordinate another time to get the interstate pass back. Customer Service asked who my technician was...I had not met the technician, and this is information you should know. I was also asked if I had indicated I wanted the interstate pass moved....my reply was Mam, "I replace a windshield every 20 years, your in the business...you should be prompting me with those questions if you needed the information prior to installation. " Poor overall experience.
