Beware
So we paid $8500 to have a new 10 speed transmission put in our 2019 Ford F150 in March 2025. Move forward to May 3 2025 and 2 hrs into our 8 hr trip to Florida the truck starts acting weird and smoking. We pull over and it's throwing transmission fluid everywhere. Try calling Twins no answer on a Sat.. find someone to tow it to a garage. They won't touch it because then it voids the warranty so we are left with getting it towed back to Monroe which cost us $805.
Drop it off and grab our our other vehicle and head back to FL for our cruise.
Pick up the truck Monday May 12 they give no paperwork because Paul wasn't there so call today to find out exactly on what went wrong and was told a faulty seal.
Beware if you get work done THEY are not responsible for a tow no matter how far you get stranded from home and if someone else fixes it your warranty is VOID.
Bad business as far as I'm concerned and will never recommend them to anyone. They should have at least offered 1/2 money since we had to bring back to them.
