Professional and Prompt!!

Jake and Drew handled my call and were both professional and courteous on the phone. I needed an appointment to get my son's truck inspected and they were able to get me in the next morning! I came by with the truck the next morning and pretty much exactly when my appointment was for the truck was going up on the lift. They did a thorough inspection, which I appreciated since I don't want my son driving something that's unsafe, after the mechanic went over the whole truck it passed. Drew let me know there were some things that should be addressed by next year, which we weren't surprised by, it's a 2008. Again, excellent service and wonderful experience! Thank you Twin City Tire team!
