Transmission leak
I had a small transmission leak in my SUV. They replaced a transmission filter in my vehicle and after they were done it still leaked. They worked with me reasonably to fix and resolve the issue. I ended up paying for a new transmission pan because it was bent or warped and they realized when technician replaced the gasket it twisted on them. So ultimately I did not pay for labor. The second or third time I went there. I just paid for my transmission fluid to be topped off and transmission pan which was only $140. They're really good when it comes to working with people and problem solving. They also have a few rental vehicles which are sometimes there and sometimes not if that's Hit or Miss. However, they are definitely really good crew of people and I would definitely go back there and recommend them to call lakes and friends.
