Low quality cars, service department does not follow through...
I purchased my second Hyundai from Tustin Hyundai. The quality of the 2013 Sonata is worse than the 2010 Elantra I traded. They are going in the wrong direction. The service department is suppose to wash my car when I bring it in for service. Not only did they not wash it, but it was dirtier than when I dropped it off. Avoid Hyundai at all costs.

IT WAS DISAPPOINTING TO ME TO SEE YOUR COMMENTS.....A BRAND NEW CAR WASH HAS BEEN UNDER CONSTRUCTION IN OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR THE LAST FEW WEEKS AND SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY NOVEMBER 20th.  IN THE INTERIM OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN PROVIDING OUR CUSTOMER WITH FREE CAR WASH CERTIFICATES TO THE TUSTIN AUTO SPA.  IF YOU WERE NOT OFFERED A CERTIFICATE IT IS STILL AVAILABLE TO YOU.  WE APPOLOGIZE FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE..WE DO APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS AND HOPE TO SEE YOU IN THE FUTURE.
