I have come here about 5 or 6 times for service and most of the time this dealership is very slow with work. Just a simple oil change often takes one hour and they always take longer than initially quotes. There are several shopping areas in the area to visit while waiting, but unfortunately most are just out of the range of the free shuttle service, which is kind of silly. On the plus side, the staff is always extremely friendly. If it wasn't for the free oil changes, I definitely wouldn't come here.
