I'm writing this to you hopefully with a little more credibility than some guy off the the street.
I have owned 3 cars in the last ten years years... All Hyundais, all Tiburons , all Black. Most of my friends never even knew I had a new car, they just thought my car was always clean.
So with that being said, there are three reasons I buy and service my Hyundais with you.
1). The great 10 year, 100, 000 mile warranty
2) The fact that ( as hard as i try) I cant break my hyundai, so I never really have to use the warranty
3) But, most of all because of "Trina" in Service. . Trina is one if the few people I've met in business who will just tell you "how it is". Good or bad - no spin.
In other words, she is one if the few HONEST people I've met in the business word. If I ask "Do I really need that?" She'll tell me "No, you can wait a little longer for that" or "No you should take care if that now.
So, when I consistently get respect, fairness and most of all honesty... ... I will always come back.
