They do not stand behind their work. Everybody on front desk deicates to lie. Standard answer when you call is, "We were about to call you." We found out this part needs replaced when we were putting your car back together. We ordered the part but somehow it was not on the delivery truck. we found another part broken. Firs they will sit on your vehicle for long period and not do anything.
When they decide to touch it, they will not check vehicle throughly before giving you quote. You will get a quote, then they wll find something new then something again and so on. They will give all excuses about why they dont have your car fixed. After they tell you it is fixed, if the vehicle fails, they will not stand behind their work. They will blame on something else.
When you qestion anything, the standard answer is "Sorry, we are doing our best." The owner will not stand behind the work done in his shop.
Do not go to this place. If you hear Tupperway......Runaway......
