The overall service was not good and I used to use Tunes in the 60s & 70s . The only good thing I can say about Tunes was the lady was really polite.
I also took my car to two other auto shops and one being a state certified inspection station & not one of those two mentioned me having bad struts, which Tunes tried telling me I needed with about a fee of $1300. I don't like down time and the man I think was Gary Tune saying I could drop my car off on the 12th and use their drop box, in which I did and thinking I'd get my car by at least noon on the 13th... nope they never even touched in until around 2 pm ... and if i knew that i could have dropped it off on the 13th. I never got out of there until 6:30 pm and after getting about three blocks away my abs light came on and i drove it straight back and just in time because they were locking up. I told them that might AB light was on and after they screwed around for an additional 30 min then telling me they had to reinstall the wheel bearings ... and I had to bring it back to let them do it over again... I will never ever recommend them to anyone... For me this was almost as bad as a night terror and not a nightmare for people who understands psychology
