I would not wish this dealership on anyone - worst nightmare. I went there to look at the Tesla Model 3 they recently posted online. They low balled me for the trade in on my 2019 Leaf SL Plus - which they looked up a 2018 Nissan Leaf SL - very different cars and about $10,000 difference. They then told me to go to car max and get a appraisal and they would match them - well I did one better I went to the Nissan Dealership and got the appraisal done there. $33,400.00 TSG would not even match the correct appraisal, I was told by John and Stan that they did not want my car and did not want my business – can only assume that since I stated my husband would like to drive the car that being gay is an issue with this dealership. Which I could careless, the owner Tim G. was stated to have this goal “Tim's main goal is to satisfy his customers and provide great service” which if you look on Dealerrater.com.

I would not send any of my friends, family, social media followers or worst enemies to your dealership – I gave you the chance to make it right and you FELL WAY SHORT.
IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GIVE NO STARS I WOULD, I would also suggest reading all the review on multiple site about TSG Auto – based on my experience all the one star reviews are true and honest and out number the 3, 4 or 5 stars they give themselves.
