Problem solved

Normally good service - this problem took a little longer to correct - Difficult to diagnose I guess; so more calls/visits than expected. There was a lack of communication as appt. scheduled early a.m. & we were going to wait till done. However; due to hospitalization issue; I called to say I would drop off night before. My drop off person cancelled on me; so I took it down for service in a.m. for the time scheduled and said I was going to wait. However; I was told that they scheduled another client due to me going to drop off car the night before. I thought if I dropped it off at any time for a scheduled appt. time; I still would keep that time. It would be the same if I walked to the bank/store and came back. I was thinking this would take an hour tops; instead it was early afternoon before car was finished. Next time I will confirm that even if dropped off appointment time of 8:30 will be kept instead of me forfeiting that time to others. Due to hospitalization; truck has only been used once for approx. 10 miles. I am hoping the problem is solved.
