1. As stated, the military discount we offer is based on parts provided by us. You provided your own part on this repair so there was nothing for us to discount this time around.
2. Yes , we always tell the customer how much the time calls for on repairs and the price before any work is done. That gives everyone confirmation on any questions of said repair. We do go by book time for ANY repairs. Thankfully, sometimes technicians are faster than others & can preform certain work faster.. The plus side to that is also, if you have a job that calls for example, 1 hour- but it takes the technician 1.5 hours- you only get charged the 1 hour book time :) The weights on your old exhaust did not come on your new exhaust pipe you provided, so we apologize for any mishaps there & glad you caught it so we could get those weights back on there for you! :)
3. Absolutely agree about floor mats! We do use them actually & generally take them out before giving any customer back their vehicle because we want to give the vehicle back just as we received & in satisfactory condition.
