Due to hectic demands on time as a caregiver to my wife, I scheduled back to back appointments on a Saturday to have both of our Hondas serviced. Arrived before opening and the doors were unlocked and the staff (Michael & Diane) were very welcoming. I was informed that there was a slight delay in getting a needed part and they took me home to get the other car for the 9:00 appt. Shortly after, I was able to drive the Odyssey home and they delivered the Accord to me so that I could get to the hospital on time. The repairs are done well and properly and the service staff of Michael, Diane and Tee (though I didn't see him this time) are always willing to go the extra mile for their service customers. The extra care that I received this past visit just keeps me coming back with our 2 Hondas. If they only serviced Harley-Davidsons......
