Full of charges and stress
Full of unnecessary charges which they don't tell you about. Tried to talk to them when they took my car there and all they said they don't talk to the customers only the insurance company. What non sense is that ?? Tried to take my car out of there the same day less than 1 hour they took my car there which was less than a 5 min drive and they put a 500 dollar charge on me to take your own car out!! Pure non sense!! Where is the courtesy when some else hit your car and already having a real bad day because you don't have a car for days to weeks. Please...... have some respect and customer service if your are going to be in a business to help people in an accident... I would not recommend this place to anyone even though that is the tow /storage place that the police told us is the standard place to take it. I thought there was no charge for it but that is totally wrong!! The officer told me it would charge me 75 to tow to anywhere else which I sooo regret that I didn't take that choice. Now I just paid over 1000 dollars for nothing!!! This stress worth it for anyone. Pay a little extra to take it somewhere else.
