I have been bringing my cars to Tim @ Tri Cities Auto Repair for several yrs now, thanks to a kind gentleman @ the NAPA store on Clearwater Ave. I had multiple negative experiences with shops/mechanics who thought they could fleece me because I'm a woman, so when Randy recommended Tim Smathers to me I was skeptical.
