Engine Light Problem
First time having this light appear and certainly wanted it checked out soon as my inspection was also due. Jim's guys found the error code and let me know what steps to take to remedy the problem. I was so glad it did not have to be taken to the dealer and wind up a costly repair.

I will return for any other needs as well.

Ford F150 Acceleration Delay
I wasn't for sure what was causing my truck to accelerate sluggishly, but Jim and techs diagnose it and communicated with me prior to ordering any parts and discussed plus explained what needed to be done and gave me alternative choices with parts and services that were available. I will take my Ford F150 back to them for my needed repairs.
