I was referred to Trav’s Automotive to assist me with my daughter’s car. Mat and Connor were polite and friendly. They told me the issue with the car may not be that bad, which made think they were making an effort to assure me they would look for ways to help me. I was surprised when it was so. I can see they were honest trying to help me. Also the job was done the same day. I’m very pleased and happy to have found a place that can be trusted in a business where that is not always easy to find. I have three cars, my business will go to Trav’s. Thank you very much!

Appreciated the transparency
I definitely was not looking forward to getting car stuff done and paying a lot of money. My dealership told me I needed to get a coolant and brake fluid flush. I was pleasantly surprised when the employee told me that they didn't think it was necessary and everything looked fine. And they also checked my brake pads out for me which was super nice. I had a great experience and will be coming back.

There’s not very many people you can trust nowadays in the car industry. There is one business you can trust and that’s Trav’s Automotive . I know people who work here I know the owner and they’re all a great group of people. You can definitely trust them with all your vehicle needs If something was to go wrong that they fixed they’ll fix it and make it right. They are open Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM. Go check them out.

Jeep mods a breeze for Trav and his crew!
I took my already modified Jeep to Trav and his crew for some updates and other customized tweaks. Trav and his talented techs really do a great job and pay attention to detail. This is not my first experience and certainly won't be my last. It's hard to find a good, reputable shop nowadays and I really appreciate when people go beyond the norm to deliver a great experience.

Great service!
They did a free diagnostic test on our daughter’s car. This was nice to be able to find out the issue before deciding how to go about the repair since it was serious. The dealer charges $175 for the same diagnostic engine test.

We brought in a high mileage car for a diagnosis. They were kind and efficient and they worked us in. As we found out it was the transmission, they offered quotes and solutions, but realized that we may choose not to repair because of the extreme high mileage. I appreciated that they didn’t want to pressure me into a repair that may be too costly if other things were likely to go wrong. They are thorough and have good common sense and really cared about our situation. We ended up not making the repair, but will seriously consider them for future needs!
