Professional
I’ve been to another transmission place in Kissimmee and that experience was literally a difference between night and day. Transmission Plus kept me abreast of everything they were going to do and they never deviated from the first initial invoice balance. TP is a professional establishment with staff that knows what they’re doing.

Great experience
It was recommended to me to go to “Transmission Plus” in Kissimmee and I am very pleased with that recommendation. I took my 2006 Ram 1500 in to Transmission Plus on Thursday, Friday morning the transmission was removed and work had started, by the following Tuesday it had been rebuilt and it was being installed and on Wednesday morning I got the call from Evelyn that it was ready to be picked up. I would recommend Transmission Plus every time. Thank You Transmission Plus for me having the less down time possible and my truck returned.

Amazing work, fast and very reliable
I came in with a transmission that needed a replacement for my Chevy, it was under my extended warranty and while most repair shops didn't want to deal with extended warranty I was recommended Transmissions plus from a local neighbor and cannot be happier. They were honest and replaced everything under 4 days and only charged me the fee and taxes. Truly amazed and satisfied.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service from Transmissions Plus and feel compelled to share my gratitude for the remarkable care and integrity they demonstrated during a time when my family truly needed it.

Recently, we were over 1000 miles away from our home when the transmission on our vehicle decided to quit working. We were in a vulnerable position and rather than taking advantage of our circumstance they provided honest advice and options, and did excellent workmanship that was genuinely in my best interest to get me and my family back on the road and home safely. From the moment that we left the shop, they told us if there were any issues to contact them as they would stand behind their work. Their workmanship was nothing short of excellent. They approached the job with attention to detail and ensured everything was done to the highest standard. However, we did have one minor issue after returning home. At that moment their commitment to customer satisfaction truly shown through. Instead of leaving me to navigate the problem alone they took the initiative to coordinate with a local company I chose to make sure that the additional repair was completed. Additionally, they paid all of the additional repair charges. In a time when it would’ve been very easy for them to ignore our issue, they truly went above and beyond to ensure that our experience with them was nothing short of amazing.

In a world where many businesses often prioritize profit over people, Transmissions Plus stands out as a beacon of integrity. Their commitment to ethical practices and customer welfare is evident in every interaction. I am sincerely grateful for their kindness and professionalism, which made a significant difference in my experience.
