Rodney said first and foremost, they were open and honest. They did the work and they told him how long it was going to take. They found out there was something wrong with his transmission and they went up and beyond to try to find another transmission for his vehicle, since they weren't making them anymore. They were able to find another transmission that would work for his vehicle and they made sure everything was fine with it, he could not speak more highly about them. They were very informative with him the entire time and were absolutely fantastic, from the two people he talked to on the phone, to all of the mechanics. They have a passion for what they do and they're extremely knowledgeable.
