2026-08-07 After informing Transco employees Armando David and Jim about the circumstances leading up to the power failure, Transco performed necessary maintenance required to put our vehicle back on the road. Transco diagnosed the problem, replace the alternator, and notified us of other recommendations including front brake work needed soon. The brake recommendations match our records on this vehicle, and we will be returning to Transco to perform the front brake work replacement. Very happy with the kind, friendly, and professional way they do business. We have been looking for an honest and trustworthy auto mechanic shop that has good communication skills, provide status updates on the vehicle, provides time/cost estimates for the needed work and customer approval before working on the vehicle, and delivers on their estimate for time/cost to get the job done.
