Lack of communication, and attention. Sloppy, Work.
Repeat customer in this shop. And probably my last time. First issue. Was they forgot to do the paperwork for my car when they brought it in. And as a result, my car was sitting in a lot. Not being worked for a day or two. Second issue was communication or lack of. I was told that i would be getting a call and every single time I was the one having to call them. I picked up my car finally. When I returned home, noticed the strong smell of coolant, open the hood and found that after replacing my radiator they didn’t completely close my radiator cap. They probably did one or two turns and i also noticed low coolant level. My car also seems to be hotter than usual. When I’m not moving.
