This is my second five-star review for Chris and his team (the first was in Google). 14 months after Chris rebuilt the transmission on my camper van, the transmission failed while I was on the road in North Carolina. Chris was true to his word and his warranty-- he remembered me, remembered my van, and asked me for the opportunity to work on it. I shipped the van down to Florida when a mechanic in NC told me the transmission was "cooked." Chris saved me thousands of dollars because it didn't need a new transmission, just a replacement part. He did the work immediately and all for free (covered under the two year warranty). You often don't get to experience true customer service unless you have a problem. This is a quality shop -- they really understand transmissions, they do quality work, and they stand by their word and customer service promise. Trust them!
