I was disappointed to see how Tracey's has changed. The employees were on their phones laughing at things viewing. It was hard to believe what they had to say because it seemed only that they were trying to make a quick buck. I also experienced another customer coming back in for oil change complaint. Not the same professional atmosphere as before.
