Took my car in after hitting a deer. Was told 2-3 days at cost of $2000. Could not give me a loaner unless I waited over a month. So, went to Enterprise. No phone calls with updates, I had to keep calling/texting them. 23 days later, and $10,000+ ( and at $50 per day for rental) I called them to find out. Still did not know but was just being buffed. Finally called on 23rd day in afternoon.
