Collision and Service Repair
Our Brand New 2025 Ford Explorer was stolen in February 22, 2026. We finally got it back second week in June, but not due to any fault of the service or collision department in Town Ford. It was due to the insurance company that was covering the damages we dealt with Zach mostly
He kept us up-to-date as much as possible with the communication he had with himself and Farmers Insurance and universal appraisal. Unfortunately, we had to bring back our vehicle twice because further damage was found in the vehicle. Zack set us up. He ordered the parts for us and got the car serviced when we received our car back last week. Everything was perfect and it’s all due to Town Ford service, and collision department. We have been customers of Town Ford for 20 years and every time that we’ve brought our vehicle in it was serviced properly, and if there was any issues, it was addressed accordingly we are very pleased with Town Ford.
